It's time for our second chicken update! The chicks are now one week and three days old. Oh how they've grown since February 20th.
Here you can see they are big enough to make it to the top of the cardboard boxes I've put into their living area so they have some shade from the heat lamp. Their wing and tail feathers are just starting to come in, and they are learning how to fly around.

I've posted a few videos to YouTube, and I hope you all have as much enjoyment staring at the chicks peep and scratch around as I do. I could definitely stare into their box for hours. Chicken TV!

The shorter video at the bottom of the post is only a minute and a half long for those of you who don't feel like listening to me ramble and only want a quick peek at the chicks.
